Chicago Fine Dining
In 2025, I had the delight of co-producing Chicago Fine Dining alongside my team in partnership with Goose Island Brewing Co.
A tongue-in-cheek nod to Chicago’s truest fine dining being that of hot dogs and beer, we hosted over 200 tastemakers, stakeholders and ticketed customers to experience a refined 7- course meal of Vienna Beef hot dogs and condiments– each with Goose Island beer pairings– highlighting both companies’ industry-leading quality. The event earned us over 6 million impressions across social channels and was succeeded by a 6% increase in retail sales with our in-store Fine Dining promotions.
Participating in this project was one of the most exciting experiences in my career thus far, tapping into skillsets across set design, budget management, talent acquisition, agency communication and cross-departmental organization.
